What this site is
Socratic Guides AI Academy is in formation in Franklin, Tennessee. This website describes a planned pilot program. It is not an enrollment contract, an offer of admission, an offer of employment, or a securities offering. Nothing here creates an obligation on either side until a signed agreement says otherwise.
Status of claims
- Educational claims are stated as hypotheses or provisional pilot findings, with the observation that would falsify each one.
- Budget, schedule, and cohort figures are plans and are subject to change.
- Nothing on this site is medical, psychological, diagnostic, legal, or financial advice.
- No educational, developmental, or economic outcome is guaranteed.
Regulatory status
We are not a licensed school. Pilot operations are subject to Tennessee regulatory review and approval. Families remain responsible for meeting their own legal schooling obligations unless and until a written agreement with a licensed arrangement says otherwise.
