Boilerplate (75 words)
Socratic Guides AI Academy is a small learning program now in formation in Franklin, Tennessee. A trained human guide and an AI companion configured to withhold answers will work alongside each student, questioning until the student can defend a position. Music practice and outdoor time are scheduled blocks with stated cognitive purpose. Every educational claim is published with a status label and the observation that would falsify it. It is not yet a licensed school.

Facts a reporter should get right
- The Academy is in formation. It is not a licensed school and is not currently operating a cohort.
- Pilot operations are subject to Tennessee regulatory review and approval.
- The Academy has no campus and has not secured an instructional site. The founder's home is private family property and is not a school facility, an Academy asset, or open to visitors.
- The circulated 41% memory-recall figure is from small external studies. It is not our result and we label it an untested hypothesis for our setting.
- The $663k figure is the planned first-year pilot budget, not revenue and not raised capital.
- The AI companion is constrained to withhold conclusions and is always used with a human guide present.
